What happens if I decide to cancel a booking with flights included?

If you cancel a booking with flights included, the flight costs are non-refundable. This means you will not receive a refund for the flight portion of your package.

You may be able to claim the cancellation costs through your travel insurance. Please check your policy for details.

If you paid a higher deposit for specific facilities or transport tickets that are non-refundable, these costs will be added to the cancellation fee.
