If your booking meets the conditions for free cancellation, you can cancel it free of charge within 3 days after making the booking.
The main booker can cancel the booking free of charge directly via My Sunweb or the Sunweb App by following the steps below.
Via My Sunweb
Log in to My Sunweb using your booking number and last name.
Open your booking and click on 'View cancellation options'.
- Select 'Cancel your entire booking according to the Sunweb Terms and Conditions' and click 'Continue'.
If your booking is eligible for free cancellation, a confirmation message will appear indicating the free cancellation deadline.
Click on "Cancel the booking" to confirm.
Via the Sunweb App
Go to 'Booking'.
Open 'Booking information'.
Select 'Cancel booking'.
Choose 'Cancel your booking according to the standard conditions'.
Tap 'Cancel booking'.
Confirm by selecting 'Yes, I am sure'.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, it is processed immediately. You will receive a confirmation email and invoice within 2 hours.
Important: After the 3-day period, free cancellation is no longer possible and cancellation fees will apply in accordance with Sunweb’s terms and conditions.
