Why do I need to provide my number plate after booking my parking space?

For certain car parks and when using the Valet service, you’ll be asked to register your number plate in advance. This is because the barrier uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition to grant access.

You’ll receive an email from one day after booking your parking space. In this email, you can easily register or update your number plate. If you don’t do this, the system may not recognize your car when you arrive at the car park.

 

Please note: you won’t receive a QR code, as access is granted automatically through number plate recognition.
