I forgot something on destination, what can I do?

If you have forgotten an item at your destination, please contact us at lostandfound@sunwebgroup.com and include your booking number in your email.


Important to know:

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to send belongings from the destination to you.
  • We will share the accommodation’s contact details with you so that you can arrange the return of your items directly with them.
  • Please note that electronic devices often cannot be shipped due to regulations.
