I forgot something on destination, what can I do?

What should I do if I lose or forget an item during my holiday?

Lost or forgotten something during your holiday? What you need to do depends on where you left the item.

At your accommodation
If you left something at your hotel or apartment, please contact the accommodation directly. You can find their contact details in your travel documents.

The accommodation may be able to send the item back to you. This depends on the accommodation and the type of item. You will need to arrange this directly with them and pay any shipping costs yourself. Sunweb cannot arrange the return of your item.

During your bus transfer
If you lost something during your bus transfer at your holiday destination, please contact the local Sunweb representatives.

If the item cannot be found, or you have already returned home, contact your insurance company to check if you can claim compensation. You may need to provide proof of purchase.

Good to know
Sunweb is not responsible for lost or forgotten items and cannot guarantee that a found item can be returned to you. Some items, such as electronic devices, may not be allowed to be shipped due to regulations.
